Hills and dales

Oh my god - what a killer hill - at 73 miles too! I did it though, nothing has beaten me today. What a fantastic day's ride. Slow to start as we were all in convoy out of London then after the lunch stop 50 miles all to ourselves. The routes were fantastic, no main roads, lots of single track lanes.

Only about 7 people in before me, and I was the first girl! I'm ready for a shower, a diet coke and some tea!

Alors, a France a demain, petit dejeurner au bateau puis plus de cycling!

A demain, au revoir.

Last Training Session!

So I've had my last gym session before the cycle ride really gets going - just a few more days to get some miles into my legs then off we go to Paris! Thanks Steve for making me push a car in the car park till my legs wobbled...is that really going to help me get up the hill to Sangatte next week?
